Qualiy Control
Quality Control System We select the best farmers in the finest rice growing areas of Punjab and our staff constantly monitors their paddy fields from sowing to harvesting and also advise these farmers on the correct application of Fertilizers and Pesticides to Produce healthy grains of rice without chemical residue. Hundreds of samples drawn from the fields after harvesting and husking are examined in our Laboratory for final selection of stocks, which are stored after procurement for aging till rice attains maturity. All the stocks are numbered and a track record is maintained even after processing and export. Through Procurement Through Laboratory Tests We are committed to supply a uniform Quality to all our Valued Customers and our main emphasis is on quality control, which we achieve in the following three ways. Samples are drawn during different states of processing an milling on regular intervals of one hour and are tested in the laboratory to constantly monitor the uniformity in whiteness degree, moisture contents, average grain length (AGL), broken percentage and color. These different reports are fed to the computer and can be provided to the customers on demand.
